Francisco holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate degree in Industrial Psychology and a Diploma in Psychometrics and Clinic Psychology.

He has more than 20 years experience in HR (including recruitment, training, development and consulting) and has worked for Construcciones Aeronáuticas (INI), C&A Modas and URALITA GROUP.

He joined GROUP BLC as Manager, Iberian Executive Search and is now a Managing Partner of both BLC Selection and Iberian Executive Search.

Francisco's experience in search projects covers a broad spectrum of industries, including Consulting, Energy, IT/Telecommunications, Industrial and Technology.  

He speaks Spanish and English.
