Marlen’s professional experience spans more than 30 years. A graduate in business studies, she has held managerial positions in Human Resources, Operations, IT and Marketing for major international technology companies including Fairchild Semiconductor and Schlumberger Technologies. As the founder of Erber-Ludwig & Partner she has been active in international executive search since 1984.

Marlen handles national, international and cross border assignments filling executive and professional positions for clients in the technology, media/entertainment, IT/telecoms, medical equipment, life sciences and industrial sectors.

She speaks German and English.
